President : Frederic Fabre

Frederic is the President of SmartQuantum Group.

After 3 years as the Financial and Strategic Developments Director at SmartQuantum, Frederic has taken the head of SmartQuantum Group. His main goal is to define the SmartQuantum global strategy and to manage the financial aspects of both SmartQuantum S.A. and SmartQuantum Inc.

In the past, he worked as a Program Manager at Algety/Corvis, an optical solution provider. During five years, he has travelled extensively worldwide as a Telecommunication Project Support Engineer, providing technical expertise and managing cross-border projects for Alcatel.

Frederic holds a Master Degree of Engineering in Opto-Electronic Systems from ENSSAT Engineering School in Lannion, France and a Masters in Enterprise Management from ESC Business School.

SmartQuantum Inc.

SmartQuantum Inc is our international commercial arm.

CEO : Jérôme Prieur

Jerome PRIEUR has more than 18 years experience in France & the US in commercial management and selling of photonics and optical systems and components for telecommunications, security, Defence, aeronautics, medical and scientific applications.

He is an expert in business development for high-technology products.

For the last 10 years in the US Jerome has been Vice president in high-tech companies as VPIsystems in New Jersey and Nozomi Photonics, in the silicon valley in California.

He also has been a manager for business development in SAGEM Defence & Security and Photonis

Jerome is an engineer in electronics and optics. He has a master in technology and innovation management from Toulouse ESC.

SmartQuantum S.A.

SmartQuantum S.A. is the historical Cradle of SmartQuantum. It holds our R&D team, our product portfolio and our European commercial team.

CEO : Francois Guignot

After 3 years holding the commercial and marketing business at SmartQuantum, François has taken the job of managing our European teams. He still oversees the commercial & marketing activities of the structure.

Francois has extensive experience as an International Product Manager for the Cegedim Group where he was responsible for commercial strategy of 27 affiliates. Francois also worked as an International Marketing Product Manager and as a Key Account Manager for Cegedim. He participated in the rise and selling of the start-up company Alafolie.com and undertook strategic marketing studies for Rhodia Spain.

François has a Masters Degree in International Trading from the Sorbonne University and a Masters in Enterprise Management.

Product Strategy : Georges Millet-Lacombe

Georges takes care of product and solution definitions at SmartQuantum. During five years Georges was an international product manager for the Alcatel group. He is an expert in security & telecom hardware solutions. He has travelled extensively worldwide as a Telecommunication Project Support Engineer, providing technical expertise and managing cross-border projects for Alcatel & Newbridge networks.

Georges holds a Masters Degree of Engineering in Information Systems from ENSSAT Engineering School in Lannion, France.

R&D and Technical Director : Nicolas Pelloquin

Nicolas is in charge of R&D, technical validation and integration activities. He also undertakes the product and solution roll-outs. He has worked as an International Project Manager at Algety/Corvis, an optical solution provider. He has solid experience in validation practices in the telecommunication industry and has been a professional telecommunication trainer at Alcatel.

Nicolas holds a Masters Degree of Engineering in Opto-Electronic Systems from the ENSSAT Engineering School at Lannion, France.
